Hello, I am Raymonii Cowan! I am a recent graduate of Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) who studied illustration with a focus on Children's books and Toy Design.
I love fashion, blind boxes, dolls, stuffed animals, and maximalism.
My childhood was very playful. I had big collections of Monster High, Bratz, and Ever After High Dolls. I watched shows and movies that correlated with the dolls and even had their video games. I also played many board games which have brought my family together. The combination of physical interactive pieces and fashion inspire my current work.
The doll brands I favored had diversity. Currently, I am creating a doll collection that aims to support and teach young children about what it means to love and care for yourself through dolls.
